The Hog Island Oyster Farm in July 2012 – located on Tomales Bay just north of Pt. Reyes California – the oysters paired nicely with Domain Carneros Brut.

August of 2009, just after Steve retired, The Empress Hotel in Victoria British Columbia serves an excellent High Tea, and Sparkling wine goes very well with it.
